🧰 About the Role
As a Dental Technician, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and repairing dental appliances such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic devices. Your precision and technical expertise will directly support dentists in providing patients with high-quality dental care and improved oral health.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
➤ Design, construct, and repair dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances.
➤ Create accurate models of patients' mouths and teeth using impressions provided by dental practitioners.
➤ Fabricate orthodontic devices including braces, retainers, and mouthguards using plastic, metal, or ceramic materials.
➤ Work with CAD/CAM technology and other digital dental tools to enhance precision and efficiency in fabrication.
➤ Design, construct, and repair ceramic restorations such as crowns, bridges, and dentures.
➤ Modify and polish dental appliances to ensure comfort, accuracy, and function before patient placement.
➤ Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to achieve optimal results.
➤ Follow workplace health, safety, and infection control protocols.
✅ To Qualify, You Must Have:
➤ Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Dental Technician in a laboratory or clinic setting.
➤ Knowledge of traditional and digital dental fabrication methods (CAD/CAM systems, and prosthetic manufacturing process experience preferred).
➤ Proven experience in fabricating, repairing, and modifying dental appliances, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic devices.
➤ Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
➤ Experience with 3D printing and digital dentistry is a strong advantage.
➤ Valid passport and readiness with visa documentation (police clearance, employment records, school credentials, etc.).
