We are pooling experienced Registered Nurses who want to work in Australia with the job confirmed before they fly. 🧰 About the Role As a Registered Nurse you will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care across a range of clinical settings. Specialisation is flexible. We place across aged care, medical, surgical, critical care and emergency, mental health, perioperative, paediatric and community nursing, and match you to the setting where your experience is strongest. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: ➤ Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in line with the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice ➤ Administer medications and treatments, and monitor and document patient response ➤ Conduct clinical observations, recognise deterioration, and escalate under the local response protocol ➤ Develop and review care plans in partnership with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team ➤ Supervise and support enrolled nurses, assistants in nursing, and student nurses ➤ Maintain accurate clinical records to Australian documentation and privacy standards ➤ Apply infection prevention and control, manual handling, and workplace safety procedures ➤ Contribute to clinical handover, case review, and quality and accreditation activities ✅ To Qualify, You Must Have: ➤ Bachelor degree in Nursing, or an equivalent qualification recognised for registration in your country of training ➤ Current registration as a Registered Nurse in your home jurisdiction, in good standing ➤ Minimum 12 months of post-registration clinical experience ➤ Eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia through Ahpra ➤ English language proficiency meeting Ahpra and Department of Home Affairs requirements ➤ Ability to provide passport, police clearances, employment references, academic transcripts, and proof of registration ➤ For the working holiday route, eligibility for a Working Holiday visa, which carries an age limit that varies by nationality 🛂 Your Registration Pathway ➤ The NMBA operates a streamlined registration pathway for nurses who trained or have practised in a comparable jurisdiction: the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), Singapore, and Spain ➤ Eligibility requires at least 1,800 hours of practice in one of those jurisdictions since 1 January 2017 ➤ Nurses on the streamlined pathway are exempt from the NCLEX-RN and OSCE examinations ➤ Registration through this route commonly takes 1 to 6 months, against 9 to 12 months for the standard outcome-based assessment ➤ Nurses qualified elsewhere are welcome and are supported through the outcome-based assessment pathway ➤ Ahpra makes every registration decision. We guide you and review your documents, we do not determine the outcome 🌏 How the Move Works ➤ We match you to an Australian employer who is hiring and who is capable of sponsoring, and you interview with them directly before anything is agreed ➤ Most nurses arrive on a Working Holiday visa, which you lodge and pay for yourself, keeping the process in your control ➤ You land with the job already confirmed, and your employer covers at least your first two weeks of accommodation ➤ Around month four, if it is working for you and for them, we open the sponsorship conversation ➤ From there the recognised route is a Skills in Demand (subclass 482) sponsored visa, and employer nominated permanent residency (subclass 186) in time ➤ On a sponsored visa your partner can live and work in Australia in any job, and children can enrol in school ➤ No fees to candidates at any stage.
