In this video I cover what needs to go into Philippines recruitment to guarantee success.

COVID has changed our process.

How difficult is it for a Filipino to pass a Cert III when the assessment is done ‘on-line’?

When a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) would fly to the Philippines and conduct trades skills assessment (TRA),  our candidates could demonstrate their ability. It was a lot easier for an assessor to assess them and say, “Yes, this candidate does have the skills required for CERT III”. Nowadays, the candidate needs to sit an online assessment that can take 4 hours and they need to articulate their ability. This challenge is a game changer, and has overhauled our process to make sure our clients can land their candidates at the earliest possible timeframe. This process started with an English comprehension test!

How do you KNOW your candidates have the skills you need. Given the cost and time the process takes, you need to be sure. We leave no stone unturned so there are no surprises when it comes to landing candidates that provide you with the solution you need.
