Our Story - The Beginnings
The journey to TPRC started more than 30 years ago when Greg Holmsen went into business with his father. Together they owned and ran shoe stores in Western Australia’s wheatbelt. His father was a great mentor and taught him a real appreciation for values, and what’s really important in life and business.
Greg started in international recruitment in 2007, where he was exposed to overseas recruitment from the Philippines as an answer to Australia’s skills shortage.
The family-based culture of the Philippines resonated with Greg’s own values. He saw an opportunity that inspired him to start TPRC to help business owners in Australia solve their ongoing staffing issues once and for all by matching them with great skilled talent from the Philippines.

When Greg began TPRC in 2012 he knew it was a great business to be involved in. But when he started to receive messages of appreciation from clients and candidates alike, he realised they were doing more than just filling job vacancies.
