Greg is a highly experienced international recruitment and business leader. He has been a Director of the Philippines Recruitment Company (TPRC) for 14 years and has successfully placed more than 3,500 skilled workers to Australia across a variety of industries.
In 2012, Greg recognised an opportunity to address Australia’s skilled labour shortage by sourcing and training workers from the Philippines. His brainchild, TPRC, has since grown into one of Australia’s leading recruitment firms specialising in Filipino talent.

Tim joins TPRC with over a decade of experience leading multi-national and cross-functional teams in Australia and Southeast Asia.
With a passion for utilising technology to service customers and optimise business operations, Tim has extensive experience across operations, growth marketing, business analysis, product management, and business development.
Prior to joining TPRC, Tim was an expatriate for eight years holding leadership roles in Southeast Asia, including General Manager for Newfold Digital in Indonesia, and Head of Customer Growth & Retention at Dreamscape Networks in Singapore.

Michelle Frosh
Michelle provides expert legal guidance on Australian migration processes, visa applications and compliance for skilled workers relocating to Australia and Australian businesses wanting to sponsor skilled workers to Australia.
She has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in Australian migration law, employer-sponsored visas, skilled migration and family-sponsored visas. Her expertise extends to risk management, compliance and corporate sponsorship applications, ensuring businesses and individuals effectively navigate the complexities of Australian immigration law.
Previously, Michelle worked as a Senior Solicitor across various law firms, appearing in court and before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) on migration and legal matters. Her deep understanding of Australian immigration policies makes her a trusted advisor for businesses and individuals seeking migration solutions.

Accomplished Business Analyst and Project Manager with over 17 years of diverse IT experience across sectors including recruitment, banking, cybersecurity, telecom, and IT services.
Recognised for a strong ability to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and manage end-to-end project delivery using contemporary methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and ITIL.
Certified in Scrum Master (SCM), Prince2, and ITIL v3, with an MBA in Project Management and Bachelor in science.
