Major Infrastructure Recruitment – 300 Linesmen

TPRC were approached for assistance with a large-scale infrastructure project in Australia.  Three hundred skilled steel erectors and riggers were required to construct high voltage overhead powerlines, on time and within budget.

The construction of high-voltage transmission lines is critical to Australia’s energy future, yet securing sufficient numbers of suitable workers to meet these specialised demands can be challenging.

Skilled, trained candidates needed to land in Australia exactly when required to drive productivity gains through the project.

A Streamlined Recruitment and Training Approach

Sourcing candidates internationally is demanding and requires strong experience to deliver:

  • Precision – so we are attracting and interviewing people with the right skill set.
  • Compliance – so workers are appropriately trained and qualified for Australian requirements.
  • Efficiency – to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

TPRC implemented a comprehensive strategy covering every step of the process, ensuring a smooth transition from recruitment to project deployment.
