Structured Follow-Up for Candidate Support
To ensure a smooth transition, our team conducts periodic follow-ups:
- Day 1 Arrival: Confirming arrival, initial accommodation and workplace introduction.
- Day 7 Post-Deployment: We confirm activation of TFN, bank accounts, health insurance and other essentials.
