- Growing Customer Demand – The need for additional expert talent to maintain their service quality standards.
- Efficient Hiring Process – Ensuring a structured, hassle-free selection and onboarding experience.
Recruit
To better understand Out of Town 4WD needs, TPRC conducted a review of their technical requirements to better align the recruitment strategy.
Using our custom AI – Client Profile Identity Targeting (CPIT) – program through our extensive database and network helped us to identify only the top talent.
Review
TPRC pre-screened candidates based on specific technical requirements for Out of Town providing a high quality line-up of experienced mechanics suited to 4WDs.
Assess
Representatives travelled to the Philippines to conduct face-to-face interviews and trade testing. TPRC coordinated travel, accommodation, and interview schedules.
At our bespoke Trade Testing facility, candidates were able to demonstrated hands-on expertise in 4WD systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
Out of Town 4WD were impressed with the professionalism and skills of the candidates. Our structured, well-organised approach allowed Out of Town to focus solely on selecting the top talent.
Compliance
Candidates were supported through the Trades Recognition Australia Cert III skills assessment, as required for Australian immigration 482 Visa program. TPRC coordinated these Cert III skills assessments.
Lodge
On successful completion and full documentation compliance, Nomination and Visa applications were lodged. TPRC coordinated the Letters of Offer and Visa applications.
Deploy
Our pre-deployment seminar prepared candidates and helped with setting up Bank Accounts, TFN and Health Insurance.
Retention
Our Lifetime Relationship program helps to support candidates to embrace their new opportunity. This program provides regular check-ins to ensure a successful outcome is experienced for clients, candidates, and their families.
