Problem
The core problem was how to grow the ARB business amidst a national skills shortage.
ARB 4×4 Accessories was experiencing a high ‘post covid’ demand for their services. There was an opportunity to expand and capture the growing market demand. However, the company was already experiencing critical workforce challenges:
- Skilled Labor Shortage – The local labour market lacked enough qualified professionals to support any expansion goals.
- Maintaining Quality Standards – ARB’s rigorous quality and performance benchmarks could not be compromised.
- Workforce Cultural Stability – Preserving ARB’s cohesive working culture was important to provide workforce stability across their business.
Recruit
TPRC conducted a detailed review of ARB’s operational and cultural requirements to align the recruitment strategy.
We then customised and ran our AI Client Profile Identity Targeting (CPIT) program throughout our extensive database and network to identify the top talent suited specifically to ARB.
A smooth recruitment process helped to minimise downtime.
Review
The identified candidates underwent further technical evaluations and interviews to confirm suitability and skill level, before 91 were recommended to the client.
Assess
ARB Arrived in the Philippines for detailed skills assessments and interviews with 53 shortlisted candidates. All pre-qualified candidates attended a final workshop-based skills assessment program with the ARB team.
The 27 successful candidates were provided with job offers to join the ARB organisation in Australia. The chosen talent were carefully selected to ensure they would uphold ARB’s strict quality standards, maintaining its reputation for service quality excellence.
Compliance
Candidates were supported through the TRA Cert III skills assessment as required for Australian immigration 482 Visa program.
Lodge
On successful completion and full documentation compliance, Nomination and Visa applications were lodged.
Deploy
Pre-deployment seminar preparing canddiates. Also setting up Bank Accounts, TFN and Health Insurance. A smooth onboarding process ensured swift workforce integration.
Retain
The TPRC Lifetime Relationship program supports candidates to embrace their new opportunity. We arrange regular check-ins to ensure a successful outcome is experienced for clients, canddiates, and their families.
The entire program was managed through TPRC’s Client Services team.
The inclusion of Filipino talent into the ARB workforce introduced diverse perspectives and a strong work ethic, enhancing ARB’s corporate culture.
